Breathe Project was born here and remains dedicated to helping our local schools and community first. Call it selfish if you choose, but we know, it is the collective strength of the people closest to us that makes Breathe Project a success. #respect
BIG NEWS: We are going ‘Back to the Roots’ for our first NZ KOHA TOUR. March the 2nd we fly out to work with local Kiwi kids and teachers.

3rd Annual East Coast Mission (in reverse)

Exploration and expansiveness are two of our favourite drivers (motivators) and what better place to spread the power of breath then down the East Coast. Strategically organised around Autumn, when the weather is slightly cooler and the waves light up along some of the most prestigious East Coast point breaks. Perfect for throwing everything in The Breathe Bus and cruising down the line.
The East Coast Mission was our first ever tour in 2016 and with it’s success (over 30 schools) we have dedicated Term 2 every year to this Annual exploration.

It’s time to fly. Spreading our simple yet powerful message across the globe has not only been a dream of ours. It’s been a inner knowing, right from the beginning. We have already sent our ‘Just Breathe’ singlets to Europe and our ‘starter Packs’, now we will be physically be there, face to face to bring our famed ‘Just Breathe’ workshops to the global family. Mental health challenges and unhappiness is not only felt here in Australia. This is a global crisis that continues to take peoples lives on a daily basis. Our hope: To help everyone we see feel more peaceful and alive through the simple practice of Mindful Breathing. Let’s FLY.

Flying South. This will be our fist Breathe Project Tour in South Australia. Every year we aim to reach new areas, explore new places, meet new people and enjoy the constant discovery. South Australia seems to get missed on Mental Well-being programs schedule and we feel it’s time to honour the area and help the people that are also calling out for help.
