Breathe Project is an independent health promotion initiative, aiming to have one simple breathing technique, embedded into all Australian primary and secondary schools for just 3 minutes each day. Proving to be an effective way for all students and teachers to alleviate stress and anxiety. Like mindfulness, yes.
Creators, Kat & Bodhi work face to face with each school, educating and empowering students and teachers.
Breathe Project also supplies resources, supporting integration and ensuring sustainability.
The most simple yet effective way of improving one’s overall health and wellbeing with the least amount of cost and time investment.
What an enlightening experience! Kat & Bodhi were fabulous presenters and have such a beautiful nature about them that the Year 11’s and I found them so easy-going and “relatable”.

Reflections of a crowd funded success story
I created this book as a way to reflect upon a journey that was not only changing others lives. But a journey that was equally life changing for me personally on all levels. This is my way to share what has happened since throwing one crazy (genius) idea up online and have over 200 people back Kat (my soulmate) and I financially to follow it through. This 16 week journey was completely free for all 60 public schools and we have these generous supporters to thank. I always wanted to be an author. So this is my version of a book well worth a place on your coffee table.
